How your information is used.
Last updated: October 2026
Short version: anything you tell Liz through this website is used to reply to you and prepare for your call, and nothing else. Here is the longer version.
Who is responsible
Liz, trading as Be More Coaching, based in East Yorkshire, UK, is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact Liz at bemorewhat@gmail.com.
What is collected
- Your first name and email address, and your answers to the short questions on the enquiry form (why you are looking for coaching now, previous coaching experience, what you hope to get from it, how you would prefer to meet, and anything else you choose to add).
- Booking details when you schedule a call through Calendly, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
- Anything you send by email.
No account is created and no payment details are taken through this website.
Why it is used
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare for and hold your free discovery call, and, if you go on to work with Liz, to arrange and deliver coaching sessions. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and Liz’s legitimate interest in running her coaching practice.
Who processes it
- Formspree delivers the enquiry form to Liz’s inbox.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- Google (Gmail) is used for email.
These providers process data on Liz’s behalf under their own terms and may store it outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. Your information is not sold or shared with anyone else for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, your details are kept for the duration of our work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted. To do any of these, email bemorewhat@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use analytics. Calendly and Formspree may set their own cookies when you use their services.
